Does a boy's penis grow steadily along with the rest of his body, or does it have a growth spurt when he nears puberty? Just a little concerned as DS#1 is a big lad in every other area but not, as yet, in that. It doesn't seem to be keeping pace with him - although I don't remember it being noticeable small when he was little.

(OMG DS would kill me if he saw this !!! ) I know it's probably daft and none of my business....

I know nothing about this but I suspect it has a growth period (can't bring myself to say spurt in this context) with puberty.

I'm sure you have no need to worry! Besides, a precision tool is far better than a sledge hammer.

Can't believe you didn't namechange for that Orm

I would have thought things change at puberty (have girls so can't help) but I know someone who has a little one 'when at rest' but it is ever expanding (so to speak) when the time is right so it might not be a worry long term, as long as it performs properly when the time 'comes' IYKWIM

I on't have any boys, but have minded lots: I reckon they almost all look small in relation to the rest of the body until puberty. I should think it'll all level out in good time

Thankyou!! All. I was hoping it was something that would sort itself out when he actually needs it. I know that utility is more important than beauty so to speak, but I don't want him embarrassed in the showers.

wisteria - I did consider it but thought sod it, no-one here knows him > Do they? And if you can't embarrass your kids who can you?

fluffy - beleive me I had to recompose my message several times until I stopped sniggering. So many words that had to be avoided....a minefield
