Tai Chi - any good videos or does it have to be a class?

class times difficult, just wondering if a video is an alternative?

Yes, I do the Dr Lam one which is specifically for health conditions like arthritis. It's quite hard to learn from a video but great once you know what you're doing.

thank you. been looking around for alternative classes but in rural-ish areas we're lucky to have one

Do you have any joint/ mobility probs? as, if so you need the one for arthritis, designed by Dr Lam which is fabulous. If not, you would be fine with the 24forms which he also does.

no, no mobility problems ( unless you count laziness ). Just something I feel would give me a bit more exercise. Will probably order the 24 form one.
