When they're crusty I think.

once the last pox scabbed over. My DD had loads of pox and had one stubborn pox by her heel...on they 7th day it managed to scab over!

when they are crusty
how is she today?

Lushaddict · 04/09/2007 12:23

My 4yr old DD had them early on this year and gave them to me so there I was, aged 36, with a severe dose of chicken pox..1000's of the damn things.
We were told they stop being infectious 4 days after the last spot has appeared but how on earth are you supposed to know which are new spots when you're covered?!

mankyscotslass · 04/09/2007 12:44

I was told by the doctor that it was 4 to 5 days after the last spot appeared. Which was fine for my two eldest, but littlest Manky was still coming out in new spots 9 days after the first appeared, poor baby.

her spottiness seems to have peaked, luckily none on her face, all on her torso, tummy & back.. she is fine in herself

thanks x
