Feeling lightheaded, tired and nauseous

I often feel “funny” with lightheadedness, headaches and brain fog. Sometimes with nausea. It’s kind of hard to describe but I feel really tired with it to.

Eating / drinking doesn’t have any effect on it. Feel quite moody and grumpy too.

Any ideas?

Make sure you ask them to check ferritin as well as hb..It's what I have, low ferritin but in just about normal. They might just do hb and dismiss as normal

Next GP appointment is a month away! Had the prolactin blood test today. I had asked the GP last week if I could have TSH tested too and she said “one step at a time.” 🙄.
