Possible cyst or something else?

Hi, ive been having issues for about a month now. It started with a sciatica like pain in my hip and down my thigh at the front, it's moved about between the front and the back of my pelvis with an achy kidney area. It tends to be worse from about lunchtime. It doesn't feel muscular it like a bone. Movement doesn't hurt although when I went to run for a bus it felt like it set it off aching.

I feel constipated too and have taken Senna but while it works I still feel constipated and bloated.

Today I feel really achy, almost like my period but I've just had it (and too soon for ovulation pain).

I'm on iron at the moment for iron reserves below traceable amounts (I know these can account for constipation but I didn't have this up till now).

I've had a cyst in pregnancy before that twisted and this feels similar, from what I can remember, to how I felt before it twisted.

I don't know if it's worth seeing a doctor or if I should be worried 😬

It could be cyst or kidney stones, both can cause bloating. A cyst if causing symptoms (small cyst don't ) will cause pain during ovulation, so mid cycle and pelvic pain during periods. The pain can also radiate in your thighs before periods. Cyst pain usually starts from front of your abdominal area or pelvis radiating towards back.
A kidney stone will cause similar pain but the pain is more sidewards in the flank region. It can also spread in the back. A kidney stone which causes pain will also cause frequent urination from time to time.
If standing for long is causing you sharp pains then there is a higher chance it is a cyst.
Constant pain is a way our bodies say that it needs attention so please see your GP.

Thank you very much that's really helpful. The pain seems to be both, sometimes in my hip and lower back and sometimes more towards my stomach and thighs. The thigh pain is what made me think cyst as it was exactly what I had with the cyst (and in labour). I'm prone to them I think as I've had them in every pregnancy and a scan after I had my second child.

The pain does get worse when I stand like something is pressing down x

I always get worried I'm wasting doctors time because it's not agony but it is nagging and uncomfortable and making me worried 😬
