Any help interpreting blood test results

I have had a blood test after a few previous blood tests when I went to the GP with symptoms of extreme fatigue and fainting and dizzy spells.

These are the results. Any help interpreting them. My doctor said she gave the results to a haematologist a few days ago but hasn’t got back to me yet.

I’m not a Dr but I would say you have an infection of some kind - I did when I had an abnormal Neutrophile count.

Actually, mine was a high count and it looks like yours is low. Google says possible autoimmune disorder for low and infection for high 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had a blood test a few weeks ago OP. They told me the low white blood cells were an infection. Hope you get it sorted soon

Yes I don’t think I have an infection as I don’t have a fever or anything like that.

@Flavarings I don’t have a fever or any other symptoms which would suggest an infection? I’m genuinely confused as I am just exhausted all the time and have a constant ‘sick’ feeling.

I have the same problem and it’s my b12 levels usually. I have regular (but not regularly enough) injections which helps. For some bizarre reason it’s not something that’s routinely tested for but affects a lot of people.

@dragonmomma I had another blood test a few weeks ago and was tested for b12 deficiency and I don’t have it.

So a complete blood test doesn't include B12 and ferritin?

Your neuts are a bit low, but not crazy low. Make sure you wash your hands plenty to try and avoid infection.

@Oldmum55 in a previous blood test a few weeks ago they tested for those which is I guess the reason they didn’t tes it now. However my doctor did say over the phone that the iron was a bit low so I wonder where she got that from??

@Tahitiitsamagicalplace thank you. I did google low neutrophils and I see I’m more prone to infection so I will be careful.

The NHS ranges for B12 are notoriously low and would be considered deficient in lots of other countries. I think some countries treat at below 500 but the NHS is 180.

@Oldmum55 no, I don’t believe they do. Mine never have and have had to be specifically requested by the GP.

Why don't you repost with a title asking if any nurses or doctors on here. You might have more success/responses.

The ferritin is definitely the low end of normal, that could be causing fatigue, possibly what the doc was talking about when she said your iron was low. Ferritin is your stored iron

@DragonMamma I already take a b12 supplement however so I don’t think that is causing the problem.

@Lellochip ah ok. My iron has been much lower than this and I was nowhere near this exhausted so i would be suprised if that was the cause.

Have you had your vitamin D checked? I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease and also Vit D deficiency.

Ive been feeling the same OP, except ive lost a lot of weight (14kg in a few months and not intentional) , everthing was fine apart from showing an infection and low folic acid and vitamin b. Vitamin b and folic are now stable but still low white bloods. Very confusing but im slowly picking up more energy.
Are you under a lot if stress atm? They believe mines due to that

I see if not specifically requested B12 and ferritin wouldn't be tested pity as I am a veggie.

@MoonlightMistletoe yes I was slightly deficient, I’m not taking supplements.

@Flavarings not particularly stressed, it all started in a period where I had not much to do all day I.e no work.
