Mouth ulcer bastards!

Since dd was born 6 months ago I have been getting more frequent mouth ulcers. I have at least 2 at any time. I currently have 5 of them. 2 on my tongue. I'm waiting for blood results to see what's up. Does anyone have any recommendations for relief in the meantime? I'm going crazy. I can't eat and can hardly talk.

@Baloonphobia I swirl the chamomile tea when it’s luke warm but I think it’d be fine when it’s cold too

Amazingly the anti viral tabs are working wonders. All 5 are starting to go.

B12. Mouth ulcers are awful, I use to get them in my throat, and cheeks until I had the B12 injection and never had one since.

My son takes a chemo drug which can cause mouth ulcers, fortunately for him it doesn't, however the dr prescribed carafate.
