Have known for a while that the gums on some of my molars were receding. Upped the ante with brushing and flossing. This visit, the dentist said my gums were in really good condition and despite a vigorous clean, they didn't bleed and weren't inflamed so that showed their good health. Why then, are my gums still receding (although she did say stable). Can they un-recede?
No treatment necessary at the mo, she cleaned them and applied some fluoride to the exposed parts. (4 and 2 pockets)
Any explanation or advice welcomed!
