I’m literally so tired all the time the past week. Im a 28 year old woman but feel like I’m 80! I eat healthy and have recently upped my fruit and veg I have also started taking a vitamin and coq10.
I know it’s not pregnancy before anybody asks.
Ive started having a nap as soon as I get home from work at 3 in the afternoon, I go to bed about 11 wake at 8 but I feel foggy in the morning. I don’t drink coffee, I’ve recently give up vaping that’s the only thing I can think of that I’ve changed. Could that be causing the tiredness?

VitD levels low?

justgotbanned · 04/08/2019 18:10

Could be vitD deficiency or B12 or indeed both. I am B12 deficient and I find the condition crippling. I'm 34 but feel older. I've now started with aching limbs and I'm wondering if it's worse going back to my GP to discuss ME. Make an appointment OP for some bloods.

If the tiredness is constant and relentless i.e. doesn’t get much better with a good night’s sleep, then I think it’s worth getting a doctor’s appointment to see if there’s something specific going on. Could be vitamin D deficiency as a PP said, or could be low iron, thyroid function issues or diabetes (hence the question on thirst levels). All of these and other issues can be picked up by blood tests - so I’d recommend going to the dr even if just to eliminate those as options.
