Is this "just" teething

My lo has been a bit dribbly for about 10 days, the last few days he's been a bit grizzly. He looks like his bottom two teeth coming through. He's slept lots today and I've just fed him and tried to give him calpol as he seems very warm (but feet cold) and he's thrown up everything. Just put him down for a nap.

Does this sound like teething or could he have something else thrown in there?

i think the malor problem is teething, are you giving lo bonjella?????? i would reccomend that u get the child dosage as u can use more frequently than the adult one, calgel is good also.is it warm wher u r today ???? the weather changing so frequently probably isnt helping......i would strip lo to his vest and see how he goes because if he does have anything it likely to be a tummy bug

also try and give baby ibuprofen in between the calpl as this will help with the swelling of lo gums

I've striped him to his nappy. I think he gagged on the calpol tbh. Was like a fountain poor wee soul.

I've got calgel. Is any of it actually absorbed? It just seems to jet of to the other corner of his mouth

Ta fawkeoff... lol at name!

Ashton & Parsons powder is brilliant for teething, or Anbesol. Calgel & Bonjela can often get sucked away before it absorbs properly. Anbesol is a liquid which you dab on to your finger then rub on to the gum. it absorbs and numbs straight away. Ashton & Parsons powder works in the same way. You can get from most Boots and chemists.

Probably is just teething though. Some babies do seem to suffer quite badly bless the poor little mites. But if he doesn't seem well to you, you know him best. Get him checked out. They'll never turn you away with a baby. Temp, grizzly, red cheeks, dribbling and nappy rash are all common symptoms of teething, but TBH I haven't heard of throwing up.

Can't believe how much he's sleeping! He's better today though but I keep looking up to find him sleeping on the floor! These are his first teeth so thats why I have no clue!
I remember anbesol from when I was young, didn't realise they still made it!
