My blood test results have shown I have neutropenia. I made the mistake of googling and apparently it is most common following chemo, which I have never had. Does anyone know about other causes of neutropenia. Thanks in advance

many causes, From this link, any of them ever applied to you?

ï‚· Drugs - neutropenia with antipsychotic medication has been a significant problem in recent years.
ï‚· Autoimmune diseases - SLE, rheumatoid arthritis, anaphylaxis.
ï‚· Nutritional - B12 deficiency, folate deficiency, alcohol dependency, anorexia
nervosa.
ï‚· Splenomegaly.

When you look at the long drug-induced list, even anti-inflammatories & antibiotics are on the list.
