Am I the only one? Everything I read about menstrual migraine/headache is the days leading up to and during a period. For me, it's usually the last day (so day 4/5) and can lead up until ovulation. I'm 31 and not on anything bc if it's relevant. I can't take beta blockers. Thanks.
