Literally (and basically) it means that the r-waves on an ecg don’t increase in size as you’d normally expect moving across the different chest leads.

Practically it could mean nothing or something. The only person who can advise you if it’s significant is the person who requested & has interpreted the ecg & who has examined/taken a history from the person on whom the ecg was done.

If it's the only abnormality, it's highly likely to mean nothing but, as Grey says, it needs to be in interpreted in the context of the patient's symptoms.

That sounds positive and that's the overall impression I got from the cardiologist letter but i found that sentence a little confusing when I tried looking on Google. Time will tell. Having another ecg and c.t angiogram
