I can smell a horrid smell but others cant

What is this? It's like gone off milk but I'm the only one who can smell it. There was a post in the menopause threads with a similar thing but thought I'd ask here. Dr Google says a number of things including a brain tumour 😳
Any suggestions? Could it be hormonal?

DH had trouble with things smelling wrong or nasty. It was nasal polyps. GP prescribed drops which helped, but didn't cure completely

I often smell cigarette smoke or burnt rubber before a seizure.

The snip isn’t 100% effective so could be worth taking a test to be sure.

I'll get an appt but it's been coming and going for a couple of weeks. I'm due on and think something is happening so I really dont think I'm pregnant but I've had a lot of pregnancy symptoms since I've been postmenopausal.

Peterpiper I think it was more of a case that I'd not treated my perennial rhinitis for some time and that my sinuses had become very irritated.
