Has anyone got/had De Quervain syndrome?

Bugger does it hurt

4 weeks in - with instructions to use heat & exercise with a rubber band

Anyone else had/got it?

this is now significantly worse - I can't pick up a cp of tea or open a door or get dressed without crying in pain

Did physio and heat it got worse
Did ice & rest it got better
Few days later
Did physio and heat it got worse
Did ice & rest it got worse!

I'm buggered aren't I?

I had this when pg, I had a special ice pack that fixes around the wrist. I also rested. It definitely helped. But it finally went a few months after giving birth. Are you taking anti inflammatories? Hope it gets better soon.

I do however have a PeppaPig one that I can use instead of the boring small blue one I have been using

It's now June and it's still bloody awful

Neither physio nor acupuncture have helped significantly

Any suggestions?
