I have a feeling some thing is very wrong. Possible ovarian cancer

Hi. I have a feeling that some thing is very wrong with my body. The feeling just won't go away so I am seeing my gp on Wednesday.

The symptoms are
Fatigue- yes I have 4 kids but I am exhausted after doing the dishes
Breathless- I am getting breathless while having a conversation
Irregular period- I have always been able to predict my period to the hour every 28 days. I have never had an unexpected period until yesterday and it is heavier than I have seen in 10 years or more. I had baby in Jan 2018 and came off pill in Sept, no period until February 2019 then 6 week wait then 3 weeks out if the blue started yesterday.
My lower back hurts so much I can't even bend over sometimes to get baby out of the bath without crying out
My body is odd shaped. I am overweight (96 kilos) but have always had an hourglass kind of waist. Recently I am more square
I am not bloated as such but I have a constant firmness to my lower abdomen like the firmness you feel at4 months pregnant
My bowels are crazy....I have always had very regular and satisfying bowel habits. Not any more.
I have pain radiating from my right shoulder and down my arm
Acid reflux. Outside of pregnancy I have never had acid reflux in my life.
Every joint in my body hurts and I can't push the pram for very long at all ( tgis one has been going on for a couple of years)

These are all new symptoms over last 5 months(apart from the joint pain) and getting worse. I feel absolutely terrible.

I am seeing the gp on Wednesday and have made a list of all of this. (Just remembered....I also had a very tender spot in my lower abdomen but that seems to have moved )

I am obviously worried and have a terrible feeling. I will make sure to mention to gp that I want ovarian cancer to be investigated among anything else he comes up with. He will probably tell me to lose weight and see how I go.

I definitely will keep you up to date. I see from your own posts how scary and frustrating this can all be. Thank you for your honesty and sharing your story on here.

Oh this is a really good result OP from your consult. Everything taken seriously and followed up.

Sorry things take a while to get done!

The poo sample pot is supposed to come with a little spatula to take sample out of turd to put in pot.... Do people take a big bag in?!

smother No!! you go into the bag and take a teeny tiny scoop from the contents. I have to admit that was my first thought when I saw the tip. Walking into the GP surgery with a big bag of doo doo.
It is a great tip though I will be due a bowel screening test in a year or so and have pondered the 'how to'.
OP I'm really pleased the tests are in motion (pun not really intended)

As donajimena said, the bag is to catch the poo (with you in a normal comfortable sitting position, without it getting wet in loo water and without you having to balance a container or catch anything). And then you put some of it in the container provided.

I've heard of some things, but....and you do hear some horrors from those that 'deal' with the samples. Thought it couldn't go unchallenged

Good luck for your US tomorrow OP. You can ask if they can see anything - I'm not sure they will necessarily tell you though. Don't panic if they don't! Depends who's doing it.

Hope everything went well for you OP and you've got some answers.
Back in Jan I had a lot of similar symptoms to you and ovarian cancer was something I was worried about. I had bloods done and a scan too. My results came back back clear for it. What was found though was that I was hugely deficient in vitamin D and B12.
Oh and that I have a a cervical polyp too but that has nothing to do with the symptoms I had presented.
