MRI UNDER LOAD

I have an extremely painful back, and I keep getting rejected for any ops on the basis...
1 it may not improve things, but make worse... I understand that.
2 it's not quite there yet! ... Despite MRI showing stenosis (pinching of the nerve) in lumber and neck... Neck causes numb but painful hands n arms, lumber stenosis has on the latest MRI disappeared. No one can say where it's gone, but it's not showing any more.

I have tried (in vain) to argue that MRIs are useless as you're never "under load", by that I mean... You're not putting any pressure on your back. You're laid down n the back is "relaxed", yet as soon as you sit up/down, or stand the weight of your body is pushing g down in.your back (under load).

I know in a few places, some very very obese people who.need an MRI, sit on a chair with like a MRI split in two.

My question...
Does anyone know how to get to use an MRI like that, to show the spine under load (under pressure) and do so on the NHS?
