Can you have sinus pain without cold symptoms/blocked up nose?

No cold as such, but been a bit sniffly, sometimes a bit blocked up in the morning, and been sneezing a bit.
Got pressurey pain in the bridge of my nose and sometimes around eyes and jaw feels quite achey, sometimes teeth too.
I think I’ve had that weird virus that’s going around but seeing as I haven’t had full on snot symptoms wondered if it could still be sinus pressure?

Can sinus give you pain kind of above the eyes as well, like feeling like it’s in the brow bone? I have kind of ache in my temple and over my brow bone and bridge of nose - get relief when I squeeze bridge of my nose

Sorry to hear you have to be an expert, I will look up the massage thank you

Yes, you can op. There are different sinuses over the face. I find sinus massage works well for above the eyes. You know when it's working as you can feel them drain down the back of your throat Shock

I also find once they start crackling that that is usually a sign that I am starting to be in the mend!

The sachets are pre-measured so you can't get the concentration too strong - they do not sting or burn.

Also do sinus massage, also think about putting 3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil and one drop of peppermint essential oil on a tissue beside your pillow overnight.

Don't apply them to your skin!

There's a homeopathic tablets called Nelsons it the kali birch one I take for my sinuses, especially when I've just got the pain. I get so many infections that I wanted to try something than being given antibiotics, so I tried them and they worked for me. I often rub a little vick across my forehead and across my cheeks and that helps too.
