A chin strap for snoring?

DH has been a lifelong snorer.
He's had the sleep apnoea test and hasn't got it.
We've tried; sprays, mouth guards, nasal strips all with no success.
Dr Google tells me a chin strap might work, any experience?
Thank you from the spare room

Decorate the spare room to your taste and stay there. I love my room, no man smell or stuff in there.

Oh dear gamer, I fear you might be right.

I'll tell you, when I go in my bedroom and close the door. It's like a giant hug.

I love my room and I no longer want to throttle my husband for keeping me awake.

There are other perks.

Watching this thread as I have a snorer. We have tried everything apart from the baseball bat We haven't got a spare room, DS (5) sometimes comes in with me and hubby goes in his room but even with the door closed we can still fucking hear him. DD (15) sleeps at the other end of the landing so luckily doesn't hear a thing. Most nights I have to tell him to go downstairs but again I can still hear him. It's a nightmare. He has an appointment with ENTS in April, I'm not sure what they will do but I'm going with him because I've just had enough!!

He needs to go back to the GP to properly determine the root causes of his snoring. Is he overweight?. Has he got enlarged tonsils?. Who determined that sleep apnoea is not an issue here?.

You have my sympathies Peach.
My DH had an overnight test (breathing into a machine) that ruled out apnoea. He also saw an ENT bod to ask about soft pallet laser but was told it was painful and not very successful.
He is a bit overweight but even when he was slimmer it didn't improve much.
I'd going to order the headband, it's only £10, you never know.

I used to snore a lot but went to dentist to get a snore guard that brings lower jaw forward and keeps airways clear. It cost £180 but it was custom made and not too bulky. It has worked well and I sleep better.
