Before I get shouted at, I do have a doctors appointment booked.
I am thinking it's an overactive thyroid, but if anyone else can shed light on what they think it might be, let me know.
My symptoms are:
Always hot - it's currently 2• and I have all the windows in my flat open, the heating down at 1 and am sleeping in shorts and t shirt.
Tired - I have trouble getting to sleep (can't sleep before 12/1am) but then seem to sleep for 9/10 hours even if I've not overly done much in the week.
Eating more but seem to be losing weight (I am also exercising less)

how old are you? menopausal? are you on any regular meds?

WhatIsWrongWithMe1 · 19/01/2019 22:32

I'm 24 so hopefully not menopausal! Not on any meds

Diabetes? A viral infection?

Pregnant? What’s your heating set at? If your in shorts and t shirt the you don’t need it on. I only have it on twice a day for an hour each time at 19c and I have a young child.

WhatIsWrongWithMe1 · 20/01/2019 23:41

My heating is set to 20 degrees. It only comes on at 5am and 5pm.

I'm definitely not pregnant either

20 c is quite high for heating and I would boil with it on that high. Do you live by yourself? If yes don’t put it on at all or turn it down. If you live in an upstairs falt the chances are downstairs’ heating is warming your flat anyway.
