Back tooth wobbly

I'm 36 and always had good teeth. I've no fillings, never needed braces, no previous signs of gum disease etc. But, I've noticed my very back tooth is wobbling. Is this normal at my age?! No dentists locally are taking on NHS patients 😩

No, it isn't. You need to find a dentist before it hurts, you push it and there's a click and excruciating pain all weekend until you find one that'll charge you an emergency fee to take it out.

You can go to any dentist, you're not restricted to ones in your area. But you need to find one now, because that will not fix itself and certainly isn't normal.

I didn't know I could go out of area. I have transport so this is excellent to know, thank you. I'm not sure I want to depart with my back tooth at 36 🤷‍♀️

I've had 2 wobbly wisdom teeth removed. No big deal.

Klobluchar · 15/01/2019 22:11

Was just going to ask if it was a wisdom tooth.

itisitis · 15/01/2019 22:15

No I've not got any wisdom teeth. I've just spoken to my mum and she had dentures fitted at 46 due to gum disease (how did I not know this?!) so I'm going to get myself booked in!
