We have two dogs who enjoy walks every day. I do wonder if my sneezing and sniffing is an allergic reaction.

Yes cetirizine every day. I'm allergic to dander (amongst a load of other stuff) so I need daily to stop my cat making me wheeze and eyes run etc

Cetrizine everyday too for dustmites allergy and have done so for 20 years now. Even had no choice but to take during pregnancies (resulting in two healthy children with no obvious allergies).

The only thing that has affe Ted me is dryness of the eyes which I was told most likely link to lasting treatment but this is minor compared to what my life would be like without. Symptoms start exactly 36 hours after last dose if I forget to take a pill.

swingofthings- I really advise you go to your gp and ask for fexofenadine- one lasts 24 hours and has less potential long term side effects. I read about it on mumsnet a year if so ago.
