My ds is now 10 months & I had a 2nd deg tear which was stitched. then had to go back to have it re-stitched as it was wrong. It took ages to heal but is ok now - BUT while checking the stitches so often I can see 'stuff' - tissue etc I suppose - at the vagina entrance. Has this happened to anyone else? DR says is not a prolapse but might be slight vaginal wall prolapse -but sex is fine etc. Feels a bit funny or is this how it's supposed to be post-baby? I'm just sure there wasn't stuff there before?? Does anyone feel/look completely normal after birth or does everyone feel/look different??

I had an episiotomy (sp?) and I'm sure things aren't right down there. I sometimes have the sensation that the scar is tender, also it feels quite tight. Sex is ok but I'm still nervous that the scar is going to burst open.
I've had a look at it and I do look different down there but I can't explain how, just different.

While I was being stiched, he, the stitcher, said to me "It won't look the the as is did before"

I responded, "that's OK it's not something I check before I leave the house in the morning"

Later I asked him if he would like to finish the cross stitch Beatrix Potter I had started for DD (incidently still not finished and DD is 6).

Shortly after the gas and air were removed from my possession, I think that is was was possibly after the comment, to Partner, ( in stage whispper) "Who are the People at the bottom of the bed"

But everything doesn't look the same but still works

Seriously,If you are at all concerned, get a second oponion
