I hope this is allowed
There's nothing more than the actual pile in the picture so no nudity
I've had piles since pregnancy 4 years ago
Never really caused me any problems, tonight when sitting on the toilet they felt quite a lot more prominent so I took this picture to check. And they appear to be coming from inside? (As opposed to the front one that seems exterior)
I'm sure you'll all say go to a dr, but is there anything I can do myself?

I feel for you OP I had worst than these just four weeks ago after giving birth! I couldn’t sit, stand or sleep that’s how bad they were. Didn’t enjoy the first week of baby being born at all
GP prescribed anusol and some suppositories. The anusol took time but it did the trick and I’m so grateful! The suppositories actually made it worst for me I had even tried the germoloids from boots
Hope u get better soon FlowersCake

I had this also after my son was born-for six sodding weeks!
I was in agony and very miserable,I too made the mistake of taking a look and felt like my arse had exploded!
I was given Sheriproct cream and suppositories,What I found helped the most was taking a laxative powder(laxido or something like that can't quite remember)which gave the piles time to shrink down and go back whence they came!!!
You probably won't like this part-I am now 4 years on and still have the odd problem but nothing like it was....
