MMR Vaccination and Pneumococcal at the same time

I am due to take my DD to our clinic this afternooon for her MMR vaccination. They want to give her her pneumococcal booster at the same time. This seems like an awful lot to me in one go, has anyone else had this? is this standard practice? I feel really uncomforatble with it and so can I decline to give her the PCV one? any advice appreciated!

It's standard pratice here, but I refused, said I'd go back a few weeks later for the 2nd jab

My dd2 had these at the same time. No problems.

Standard practice at our surgery but I asked if the two could be separate and they had no probs. They said to do the MMR first as ds would probably already have good immunity from pneumococcal. i think they would rather your lo was vaccinated than not at all.

Oh I totally agree, it seems sensible to do mmr first.

My DD had her MMR last week and they wanted to give her the pneumococcal too - I said I just wanted to give her the MMR and to come back. The nurse was quite surprised but was happy for me to re-arrange it.

Just seemed alot for her little body to cope with!!
