Painful ovulation = endometriosis?

I'm only 33 but for the last year I've been experiencing intense symptoms every time I ovulate, which last for several days. The lower back/pelvic pain is so bad sometimes I have to take a painkiller. I get so much discharge its crazy (sorry tmi), and bloating too. Lately I've been getting terrible heartburn too even tho I'm not eating unhealthy/fatty food.
I've been to the GP a few times, had an ultrasound which showed nothing, had an internal exam done by a gynecologist who said everything seemed fine too. However, I had the CA125 test earlier this year and I got a reading of 49 (cut off is 35). That worried me quite a bit so I've pushed back at my GP and been referred to a laprascopy. It was scheduled for last week but they cancelled it last minute and bumped me for someone else so now waiting again for a date next month.

I am pretty sure I have endometriosis, I have so many of the symptoms, been trying to conceive no. 2 for a year and nothing even though got pregnant 1st cycle with my 1st. Also I'm always tired and lower back pain has been ruining my day to day life.

Sorry its so long but I just wanted to hear from people if they've experienced similar symptoms and what the outcome was? Did anyone get told everything was fine and then finally get diagnosed with endo or something else? I'm in so much pain right now I can't deal with it for much longer.

I have ridiculous ovulation pain. I have suspected endo, my periods just floor me for two days and I can't leave the house due to the blood loss. I was given naproxen for my periods which helped up until last month when I had a longer cycle than usual and despite the naproxen I was still flooding and in agony. The gp refused to request an official diagnosis of endo because it is surgical. She said my options were put up or go on the pill. We've been ttc for nearly four years now so the pill was never an option. That and the hormones play havoc with my hypermobility. Sorry I couldn't give you better news. It's a shitty thing to have to deal with Flowers
