Earplugs recommendations

Hi,

I live in a noisy area...neighbours...and often have trouble sleeping. Can you recommend ear plugs please...most of the reviews online are not great.

I was unsure where to post so apologies if posted in wrong area but I feel lack of sleep and anxiety is affecting my health.

I am looking into moving.

Thanks

Howard Leight 3301105 Laser... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B018RIA3L2?ref=yopoppmaswf

I have used these for years and find them really comfortable.

These are pricey, but I've had a pair for about 3 years (with new buds though).

I have the mini's but they've just released some new 'sleep' ones which look good.

I think if you want something at the cheaper end of the scale, try Boots soft silicone. The first time I used them I slept through my alarm ...

I use wax earplugs from Boots called Muffles. They are soft enough to mould to the shape of your ear so they stay in place well.

A white noise machine might help to mask noise too.

I started with a selection pack to see which earplugs fitted Women’s Earplugs and found these were the best for me Insteputty

I can recommend snorestore too. They have the best earplugs.

I use Hushplugz foam ones. Do you know how to put them in properly? Roll them as thin as you can, then reach around the back of your head and pull your ear back. Insert earplug in and backwards a bit, then hold it in until the foam expands again, at which point you should go nicely deaf. Makes a big difference.

Thanks for your recommendations...I will look into them ;)

WEbsite LucyDell earplugs does a mixed pack of 20+ styles, I worked my way through them till found one that worked without leaving pain in the morning

I use the silicone ones from boots. You mould them in to your ear. 3 for 2 at the moment.

Just put a ear bud headphone in the ear not against the pillow. You do get used to noise by the way, I find the countryside far more sleep disturbing than sirens and traffic!
