Being sick when tired

Hi,
I have several ongoing health issues including osteoarthritis firbromyalgia and chronic pain.

I have always been very tired even as a spring chicken at 16 but have recently started being sick if I have had a particularly bad nights sleep. If I don’t get to rest I progress fairly rapidly from niggling nausea to dry heaving and then am physically ill.

It seems like a daft thing to bother the dr with. Should I be concerned do you think?

Many Thanks

I suppose it depends in how often it happens and how much it impacts on you. I get fluey type symptoms through lack if sleep and my body can't seem to hold a consistent temperature. I get nauseous but never to the point where I actually throw up. Is there anything in your routine that could help reduce your nausea on sleepless nights. Eating earlier/lighter. Small sips of water on waking? You may have a problem with acidity too perhaps? Ultimately if it puts your mind at rest then go see your doctor.
