What on earth could this be? (Health related)

So I had an 'odd' feeling in my stomach/lower abdominal area from Monday last week, which gradually turned to pain.

Saw my GP Friday who diagnosed IBS. Come Saturday night the pain was constant and excruciating. Phoned NHS 111, saw ooh doc who had a feel, tested wee, nothing untoward. Told to see gp on Monday ask to be referred for a scan for potential cysts on ovaries?

Come Sunday the pain was worse, I wasn't able to eat or drink, attended a&e and was put on a drip for fluids. Bloods done and wee rechecked, all fine. Dr there said maybe a small kidney stone (as nothing detected in urine, but still see GP Monday and ask for scan)

Saw GP Monday, referred for urgent scan (she said around 2 weeks wait time), asked her what she thinks it could be and she rhymed off a list of things like cysts, colitis etc.

Anyway, the pin is still there. Sometimes it's lower abdominal, sometimes right flank, sometimes left, sometimes both. Or sometimes front and back. Seems to get worse around 4pmish every day, so much so that I'm spending every night in bed with a hot water bottle on front and back. Which is nice in this weather 😫

Anyway, has anyone had anything similar? I'm a very very anxious person when it comes to health anyway so allsorts is whizzing through my mind, and I'm panicking how I'm going to cope with the pain and anxiety for much longer, I have an 8 month old and a 4 year old that I'm really really struggling with and I feel like the crappiest mum on the planet, but I'm also terrified that my time with them is limited and that I'm going to die from whatever this is!

Just been, he thinks potential kidney infection. Did explain why but too much pain to explain again.

Not sure why they can't scan quicker. Said give antibiotics a chance to work. Also given naproxen.

It's bloody back! Not half as bad.

Finished the antibiotics after 7 days, was fine for a couple of days then the niggly back pain started again with occasional pain on lower right rib and tender to touch following the right rib to the centre if that makes sense?

Urine culture 2 days ago has come back completely clear.

Back pain slightly worse on movement?

Absolutely baffled. And terrified. GP again at 3:10 but I can't see myself getting anywhere. Feeling a bit let down really.

Another update

Still not a f'in clue.

Went to Ooh last night who referred to surgical triage. Checked bloods again, and urine. All fine.

Dr said she doesn't think gallstones or kidney stones. Mentioned she could do a ct scan but didn't think it was necessary so basically back to square one!
