A bath with bicarb in it helped my ds who had so many they were joined up! Also make sure she can't get at them, how old is she? I put ds in a vest with poppers at the crotch so he couldn't scratch him tummy.
A friend of mine swore that Witch Doctor helped, I think is witch hazel gel.

sorry just realised she's 4 Ignore the vest advice. What about lots of distraction.

Eurax lotion
amazing
Stops the itching for hours

Taylormama · 21/05/2007 09:24

bath with porridge oats
Bicarb is good as well
you can get calamine with E45 rather than just the lotion on its own and it is more moisturising

thanks. it is the pox in the bits thats bothering me.

Can I just say you put the porridge oats in a sock then run the bath through the sock, it's a bit lumpy otherwise! Bathing is better for itchy bits.
