What’s going on with my periods?! Please help!

Thought I’d put my concerns to the good people of MN as Googling is entirely unhelpful!

I’ve always had a regular cycle, around 27-29 days, never taken any form of hormonal contraception and use condoms with DP for birth control. We haven’t had one split or anything.

My last period was about 4 days late - I did a pregnancy test to set my mind at ease and it was negative, although I didn’t think I could be pregnant anyway. So that was a 32 day cycle. Bit strange, but hey, it happens.

Today I have started bleeding again although there are 11 days left until I should come on. Blood seems like it could develop into a ‘full period’, IYSWIM, but not sure yet. A little clotting too, oddly enough. I have never had a period this early before?

Is this normal? Implantation bleeding? Hormonal issues? Any suggestions welcome, it’s so abnormal for me and my body that I’m concerned!

I should add that I’m under 30, so not menopausal age, I’m not overweight and don’t have any other particular medical concerns, if that helps!

We are living in a sea of endocrine disrupting chemicals, including pesticides sprayed on food, as well as natural hormones present in dairy and meat products, which can all upset your cycle. You could seek out a homeopath or naturopathic physician who can help you get back on track. In my experience GPs just want to put you on the Pill to regulate your cycle (wasn't a good idea in my case).

Thanks Dushenka, it’s just so odd as it’s never happened before! Sounds like you may be right and it’s some sort of environmental factor rather than pregnancy related
