Eczema: recommendations needed for treatment creams

I’ve had eczema on my hands and wrists since I was a child (33 years and counting!) finally about 5 years ago I was prescribed a moisturiser that's helped me get the eczema almost completely under control (Neutrogena Dermatological Cream - Glycerol 40%).

Today I was told by my pharmacist that it's been discontinued - I'm absolutely gutted! Also frustrated by their lack of understanding, suggesting I just buy a hand cream off the shelf, but of course everything makes it flair up as anyone with eczema reading this will know!

Has anyone had to find an alternative to this cream? Can anyone recommend something that's worked for them? Does anyone use one with a high glycerol content?

Thank you!!!

I have been prescribed Hydromol, which is a fairly new cream I think. Not sure about the glycerol content, but it is flammable, apparently and you are advised to stay away from flames! It works as a soap too.
