Hey, I had abnormal cells with HPV so slightly different. I was then referred for a colonoscopy about 6 weeks later for a biopsy and it was just inflammation with no treatment needed. I then had smears yearly for three years after and all (touch wood) since have been negative.
Now I'm back onto 3 yearly.

I just had my results back as high grade changes (or whatever its called). From my research, if you attend your smears as they recommend, there isnt too much to worry about. Changes occur slowly (10+ years) and can be treated very effectively if being monitored (e.g. you are attending for smears), even if you do develop changes. HPV is very common, and its good that you know you have it.

Anyone taking vitamins to help your immunity fight HPV? If so, which and the strength please?
The web suggests so many, it's hard to decide which and it seems the normal Vit C, E & Folic Acid vitamins in supermarkets does not contain the right ingredients
