Expensive but recommended by a nutritionist. Nutri bears by Cytoplan. Online or phone them x

I was coming on to recommend Nuribears too. Even I am partial to one (or two) when dishing them out to my DC cytoplan make them.

We had Abidec on prescription until DS was 5. It's recommended that all kids have a multivit up until 5.

My 4yo hates the Bassett ones but loves the Mr Men ones! Esp the strawberry ones. I avoid anything saying with Omega written on the front as they tend to have a weird smell and after taste.

Mine love Mr men basset ones above

Mine love the lidl ones, the Bassett's/halib ones come in too many varieties for me to be bothered standing checking whether they have vit d in. Lidl have the recommended dose in theirs, only issue is that they don't have a safety cap so keep them stashed away.

Morrisons own brand - much cheaper and my 4yo loves them.
