And get rid of it? Or must I go to the doctors?

My mum nearly died from sepsis last year from an untreated kidney infection most likely stemming from a UTI. Get it sorted.

DMannose that I purchased through sweetcures was a life changer for me! I had recurrent infections and was referred for scans etc. I'd then often suffer with thrush after antibiotics- I was missing work and relationships with boyfriend was really affected. I'd recommend everyone to give it a go - their customer service for any questions was also amazing and I personally continue to take a dose whilst pregnant (after speaking to them and my own research)

Most of the time they don't send off the urine for culture and analysis (well at least at my gp they don't seem to). They offer you one of the two antibiotics most likely to kill the infection.

Another vote for D-mannose! I get them frequently and my rule of thumb is anything lasting more than 3 days or any blood in urine means get to doctors asap, otherwise I treat at home. D-mannose (especially just before bed) and cinnamon tea will usually get rid of one within 24hrs of the first twinge. Have plenty of fluids!
