My hips cease up when I’ve been sitting too long and can’t weight bear properly until I’ve got as far as the other side of the room. Really struggle to get out of a chair alone after more than say half an hour.
If I lie on my side in bed, I wake with the pain and can’t stand for a while, basically have to limp/crawl to the loo in the night.
I’m 38, generally healthy, could lose a stone or so but not particularly overweight, am moderately active. Is this just normal age and should I get on with it and stop moaning, or do I need to see a Dr or something?
