Severe Back Pain

Ok.
Abit of a long one and a TMI. Sorry in advance. Im not a troll i promise

Afew weeks ago , started to suffer with "A heavy feeling" in my bottom area, uncomfortable when sitting but not unbearable.
Then 3 days ago, woke up with vagina pain and this is there all the time, much worse when i sit down, it shoots up, feels like a stick inside of me and feels very sore. Pains in my very low stomach, but weird feelings (Def not pregnant)

Went to the doctors today, examined me, i was thinking infection with piles, but no, nothing. He suspects nerve in my spine?

On pain killers, got to go back in two weeks if still in pain for a spine MRI.

Tonight, intense pain in back when moving, pins and needles in leg, neck and shoulder pain, doubled over when first get up. But if im laying in a ok position or once im standing straight not much pain, only a burning sensation in back.

So my question, sounds stupid, but do i wait for the 2 weeks?

Im ok if im laying in bed once i initially get in a good position, i dont want to go back for the gp to tell me that his told me to wait two weeks

Thank you

Do you have numbness in your legs? Do you have any 'saddle' numbness - lack of feeling around your bottom or genitals?

Either of these means you need to be seen, the latter is a medical emergency.

Where exactly is the pain?

I completely agree with what @PotatoesOfTheCarribean has said. There is a very serious condition called Caudia Equine Syndrome which presents with pain/numbness in the saddle (like sitting on a bike) region, that often causes incontinence problems. If you are concerned about that then get to A&E.

I'm not a doctor but also thought cauda equina. It can be very serious (not to mention the discomfort of the issues you've described).

Hello.

I went to the hospital after reading your comments, i had a MRI scan and luckily i havent got that.

They are unsure what it is, but thankfully not that.

Thank you posters
