Prolapse- depressed and not sure what to do next

So I had a prolapse after my 2nd child, it was mild. I had a 3rd, went to see someone again, they couldn't decide if it was mild or moderate Hmm the gynae actually wanted to put me under to have a 'rummage around' to decide fully. I practically ran out of the examination room Shock. He tried me with a pessary, a few sizes, both fell out.
Fast forward another year, I was feeling ok (apart from not being able to go on the trampoline) so started a very gentle running programme. On run 2, things felt heavy and I definitely felt a small bulge down below. So after lots of tears decided to go and get another referral for physio. The last time I went for physio they didn't suggest any biofeedback or electrical stimulation/gadgets. Has anyone had any success with these? I know they're expensive but I'm desperate.

The thought of not ever being able to run with my kids (or trampoline for that matter) makes me so so sad. I'm a fit and healthy 40 year old, petite (probably why I got this problem in the first place, not being that big and strong to carry a baby). I have been doing Mutu exercises (a post natal progamme to help pelvic floor) I also have diastasis recti (split in the stomach muscles at the front from pregnancy)
I'm determined to get fitter but I've got all these obstacles to overcome. I'm terrified of surgery, I'm wondering with lots of dedication whether physio and/or any gadgets can ever make enough difference. Any success stories/advice/info very welcome!!
