Are you certain it's reflux? Some of the things you've described sound like my experience of gallstones. Have a quick google and see if it sounds like what you're experiencing. Pregnancy is a common trigger for them.

If you think it is gallstones, you'll want to get a diagnosis ASAP because chances are, it will only get worse. I've been waiting 4 months and counting for treatment - it's horrible.

Ive had it for years though? (Talking a good 10) Would you have gallstones that long? Ive been to docs and been put on meds and have had the camera down my throat and they couldn't see anything so thats what they put it down too

I'm no medical expert, but think it still could be. Lots of people have gallstones with no symptoms at all, others have infrequent symptoms they can live with, and others have problems that get progressively worse. Based on the number of gallstones seen on my scan, pregnancy didn't cause my gallstones but it was the catalyst that took me from the first category to the third - so seems feasible that it could have taken you from the second to the third.

If it's any help, my gallstone pain is in the location you described and the outbursts are most common at night and after eating fatty food. The attacks last anything from 20 minutes to about 8 hours. Painkillers don't touch it - not even codeine - but heat provides some relief (baths are best, or a hot water bottle failing that). That might not be wise for you to try whilst pregnant though!
