Hypermobility

I'm 51 and going through the menopause for about 8 years or so now. Mostly well controlled with mirena and oestrogel, no flushes or night sweats any more thank god. However, for the last year I've woken up every morning with pain in my right hip/thigh area. I've been having NHS physio and each different physio I've seen has said something different - one says greater trochanteric syndrome/IT band, another said bursitis, and all the exercises given to me have been slightly different.
I'm pretty hyper mobile in my hips, wrists etc., I can't remember what I am on the Beighton Score, but it shows I'm hyper mobile, (I was tested as part of a POTS consultation as I've got POTS too), and the physio said I've particularly got a lot of hyper mobility in my hips - which is the main cause of this pain.
I've not had a decent nights sleep all year, and feel really fed up with it, anyone got any similar problems and if so how do you deal with it? I've tried pillows between legs, exercises, pilates etc., and nothing really helps.

I'm wondering if another form of physio therapy such as osteo might be better? Any ideas??
