Can anyone recommend me a good over the counter cream for my hands?

I’ve been using sudocrem the last couple of days, but I’m not sure if it’s actually making things worse. I’ve been wearing gloves to do the dishes, but still have to wash my hands, hair etc.

It’s really sore. Please help!

I struggle with my hands too as normal creams just don't do it - I use the same as MurielsBottom - the O'Keefe's one. You can get it in Boots now. I find the tub better than the tube.

Diprobase ointment is best. Also it should be used BEFORE washing your hands to form a protective barrier.

It's only sold in chemists and you have to ask for it.

Echoing diprobase, or perhaps doublebase. Both are very effective for the problem you have.

Thanks all. The Vaseline has made a massive difference!
