Can you recommend a multi vitamin that actually makes you feel a difference?

Have tried various multi vitamins but most of them make me immediately throw up. Can you recommend a multi vit that you felt a noticeable difference while taking them and also that didn't make you throw up.
Thanks

Maybe multivitamins don't suit you for some reason. Perhaps you'd be better off taking supplements individually - that's what I'd try, anyway for what it's worth.

Immunace Extra.

I take some by asda. Cheap and they're a bit like eating a love heart but orange flavoured. I don't seem to have caught as many bad colds this winter so far. Weather or not it's down to taking multi-vitamins or not is another question though.

No, but Vit D spray plus a fizzy Vit C tablet in water has helped keep all colds at bay this year, despite the rest of the family catching them.

They're easier to take after food. I have chewable ones and they make me gaggy and yukky if I try to take them in the morning. If I take them 20 minutes after toast then it's much better.

I don't think there's any scientific evidence that multi vitamins are good for you. IIRC the only big trial had to be abandoned after more people were found to be dying in the group taking the vitamins? Anyone with more science know about this?

If you're eat a well balanced diet you shouldn't need a multi vitamin .at this time of year you only need vitamin D and possibly an omega 3

Agree, no evidence to support multivitamins as long as you eat a healthy diet and aren't deficient in anything.

Most adults are deficient in vitamin d in the winter in the uk. And yes, omega 3 unless you eat two portions on oily fish per week (or lots of flaxseed)!

Floradix makes me feel perkier, I think. Plus it’s an iron supplement that doesn’t seem to cause the digestive issues I get with tablets.

None at all have made me feel any different.
