Worried about wasting GP time

By way of background I'm 44 and have (controlled) epilepsy (controlled with medication)
Over say the last 18 months periods have been in cycle but tapered off to very light over say 5 days or heavier over say 2 days.

However this and last month I've gone through ovulation (I know this as I get strong pain) and immediately afterward had bleeding for about a week this has now tapered off with intermittent spotting.
On top of that over the last again 18 months or so really piled on some weight (12 stone at 5.2!) . No diet in the world would shift it. Recently though simply had little appetite at all and have lost nearly a stone in two weeks.
On top of that - fatigue! Never known anything like it. Literally coming home from work and crashing.

And -finally! driven to distraction by horrible itching and burning - some of it "underneath" and randomly very itchy hands and legs.

I am just a bit worried if I am wasting GP time with all this but thought with my background and taking strong meds I should get it all checked out?

Losing a large amount of weight with itching etc I would definitely go and get checked. I am also a well controlled epileptic and my doctor is always happy to see me, but that's because I only go when I need to.

Thank you Miracle - same here - usually avoid if I can but this one is worrying me a bit.

Definitely go see them. You are not wasting their time.

Unintentional weight loss and itching needs investigating- may be nothing, but needs looking into. Strong epilepsy meds makes it doubly so.
