Sad

am so fed up. I have fuck all of my pelvic floor left. havebeen out today, didn't get home until 3pm, only had a carton of juice and half a can of pop while out, got home, as soonn as walkedin felt I really needed to have a wee, but could not stop or delay anything, basically completely wet myself.

Taken kids to sports, nothing to drink, got home, again, started to feel like I needed a wee, wet myself again, and had to change.

I'm so fed up.

Is it something I should go to gp about or just rely on pelvic floor exercices (which I can't tell if I'm doing properly Blush)

Appreciate any help or advice from any one.

Poor you :(

TBH this doesn't sound like stress incontinence but more like overactive bladder /urge incontinence.

Weeing yourself if you jump, laugh or cough is due to weak muscles.
Your sounds like an over active bladder .
Juice (and all citrus drinks, fizzy drinks, booze and tea or coffee ) make it worse- they irritate the bladder.

Go and see your GP. You can be prescribed drugs to calm the bladder down and also bladder training to hold on more. Also google overactive bladder and read about the drinks and foods that can make it worse.

Get your GP to refer you to a women's health physio. They can help make sure you do your exercises properly and can refer you on for surgery etc if needed.

Second Women's Health Physio. I have just started working with one and she's seen it all! A physio will assess everything and be able to tell you if your pelvic floor is weak or whether something else is going on. My GP wouldn't refer me though and told me to google pelvic floor exercises to learn how to do them so I am seeing a physio privately.

Sensatone is great. I've had physio and surgery but this seems to help the most.

I don't have any useful advice as to how you can solve the issue, but the need to wee as soon as you get to the front door is not an uncommon problem - it even has a name ' key in the door syndrome'. Google it and you'll see that you are not alone.

I agree with seeing your gp. I had a similar problem, and had surgery after years of suffering in silence - and now my life has completely changed for the better. As others have said, some drinks are irritants to the bladder so you can be advised on what to avoid.

Seek medical advice. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I hope you get on okay. Best of luck.
