Neurology symptoms - please help

I've been in hospital the last week, right side of my face has gone numb and palsy of the mouth and eye. My arm is numb In some places.
Had mri and lumbar puncture which was clear.
Waiting to be transferred to a neurology unit on tuesay.
I'm also so exhausted.
My inflammatory markers are high but recently diagnosed with liver disease.
Any ideas what this could be?
Deep down I'm thinking MS. Drs think it is autoimmune.
It's all happened suddenly.

Now looks to be MS. I an very sorry to hear this. Many people sleepwalk through life, but the few I know with MS are determined to live it to the full. So ironically get much more from life than others!

Just googled it now and my symptoms match apart from they haven't gone away in 48 hrs. Please be kind to yourself and stop Googling, its only going to add to your anxiety. Concentrate on managing the conditiion when you have a firm diagnosis (which may take some time); in the interim, treat your body like a temple.

Neurology here are lovely. They said inflamed nerve and long term maybe MS or something called betchets - waiting on outstanding bloods.
Feel quite positive about it though, been chronically unwell a while so this is just a blip in the road.

Vision still blurry - turns out a bleed in the back of the eye. Bloods still outstanding so no results yet

Did your blood results come back? Did you have a pinprick test for Behçets? Any oral / genital ulceration?

Nope vision still just as bad.
Bloods still aren't back and not had pin prick test.
Yes I get ulcers and genital ones (been confirmed not herpes).
