Someone help? (Sorry for tmi)

Yesterday and today I've had excruciating back pain and I came home from work I'm a cleaner and I was in so much pain sat down and felt like I need a wee went to the toilet but there was barely any so I thought it was a UTI as I suffer with them frequently (also thought possibly a kidney infection because the back pain)

I went back downstairs and didn't again feel like I needed the toilet so I dismissed kidney infection or UTI, I then went to bed and went to the toilet and it felt like the was somthing hard like a stone in my urine

Does this sound like kidney stones? My daily has a long history of it however I'm only 18? But I had a baby 6 months ago.

Should I see a doctor or will they pass if there small? I read it's only urgent if there's fever or signs of infection?

Also does it hurt when you actually wee with kidney stones or is it just the back/abdominal pain? My backs so bad, and I don't see how I can work carrying Hoover and mops up and down stairs, will I sound over dramatic if I ring in sick for kidney stones

PLEASE HELP🙁 ps I'm taking paracetamol ibuprofen and using deep heat

I have no experience with this but I guess I would try and save the stone if you get another so you can get a good look at it and maybe take to the GP for them to take a look x

I passed a kidney stone. The actual passing just felt a bit scratchy so even though I knew I had one I didn't twig that that was what it was until a little later. It was around four months after giving birth.
Go to your GP and get checked out. There may or may not be more. Definitely won't sound overdramatic - they can be excruciatingly painful.

Thankyou for your advice he didn't seem worried about the stones but tested for any infection because urine can sometime get trapped in the kidneys and has give me antibiotics for an infection
