How much weight do I need to lose (pic included)

I don't want to weigh myself as I'm worried what will come up. I don't want to depress myself.

I think I'm around two-three stone overweight but I'm not sure.

I know you can't tell by just looking at a pic but roughly how much do you think I'd need to lose to be a normal healthy weight?

I am 5ft6.

Can't believe I'm posting a bikini pic but I need advice and have nowhere in 'real life' to get it.

You've another thread going on about your weight.

I find it very hard to tell by looking but imo your legs are very chunky and your tummy is overhanging. Have you had children? Hard to tell how much is loose skin or fat.
I think you could lose 1.5 st easily or maybe 2 because your arms, tummy and legs do look overweight.

Everyone is different re. weight. My DD is 5 5' and weighs just over 8 st and is a super fit, toned gym bunny. Jessica Ennis Hill 'only' weighs around 9st and she's an Olympic athlete. A lot depends on your build.

I think you could ideally weigh anywhere between 8.5st - 9st for your height.

About 3 stone, I would say. Pretty hard to tell without your weight as you seem to carry it all around your belly.

Your weight is just a number. Don't let a number have this much control over your happiness. Weigh yourself, decide what you'd like to weigh and aim for that, but don't let the number get you down.

To be a size 10 I would say you need a stone. To get rid of the "tummy" more like two

You look about 20 -28 lbs overweight, mainly your tum and top of legs.
Your arms, neck look fine. Maybe aim for 10 stone-well within healthy weight for your height
