Front bottom teeth aching?

Sometimes my front bottom teeth - like the central four teeth - just randomly start aching, feeling like there is a pressure on them. It lasts for a day or two. Weirdly it often happens if I have a mouth ulcer nearby.

I've tried to google it to shed some light but nothing obviously similar comes up. Does anybody else get this?

Yes I get this! Weirdly I get it if I have been wearing false nails (not very often) and they touch my teeth. But I do get it other times too.

I usually get this if a wisdom tooth is coming through and pushing the others along or if my teeth are moving a little.

I get this when I've done too much exercise! I'm convinced I'm wired up wrong!
Hope it stops soon

I've just come from a discussion about unusual names people give to their vulvas so when I saw the title I was a bit Shock at the thought of "front bottom teeth". I'm sorry to hear of your dental problems OP and hope they are resolved quickly and easily. I am so glad that you do not have teeth around your vagina and I hope your genital area continues to be free from orthodontic issues Grin

Probably occlusal trauma. If you are clenching your jaw or grinding, your teeth can become tender. Also you can be accidentally rubbing the inside of cheeks lips and causing an ulcer.

Treatment is difficult. If your occlusion - your biting position- can be improved, then orthodontics is an option, or other occlusal corrections or a night bite guard.

Front Bottom teeth is a definite thing. I'm not sure that your ordinary dentist would be able to help though.

Lol, I wondered what "front bottom teeth" were too! Glad that's not a thing! :-)

I get this too, usually associated with being ill/becoming ill, especially anything to do with my sinuses
