I have an appointment on thursday to get a repeat of my pill perscription which will have already been printed out and signed by g.p.

My hand are really sore and dry and cracked and no hand cream is working because i think it is excema. Will the nurse be able to look at it and perscribe something or will I have to see the gp ?

I think you will need gp for anything like hydrocortisone / steroid cream.

She can't sign it, it has to be done by the G.P, but my Practice Nurse has often written me prescriptions and just popped into one of the G.Ps rooms to get it signed. So, no she can't really do one, but yes, she should be able to get you one

Ahh ok, will mention it then and see what she says.
