not pregnant but period 10 days after last period - why?!!!

Just got my period again 10 days after my last one finished. This has never happened before - up to date on smear 6 months ago - all good. Usually 28 days exactly and had baby 3 years ago naturally conceived if that useful information. Definitely not pregnant so I am at a loss as to why - no usual build up just came out of nowhere. Bit scared. Anyone had this happen? Thanks in advance for any replies.

This has just happened to me, in the last few weeks. Periods are usually every 28 days but I started getting them every 2 weeks. This happened 3 times in a row and then it went back to 28 days. I was putting it down to my age 45 and the doctor wasn't too concerned, saying it was probably hormonal

I just worry its something wrong. How long did it take for yours to go back to normal?

Its so bizarre isn't it. Did yours feel/look, like a normal period. I'd say this seems different, and I have passed like a small ball of blood, very odd looking. Did the doctors not test you for anything at all then? I am 35, so feel I am a little young to start getting irregular periods.

Mine has been r a lot weird since I first posted here it came again very light for 3 days lik spotting that didn't get to the pad then again 17 days later exactly the same and then 20 days water I started my first proper period in 2 months that I'm. Now on day 5 of... It's like my cycle was completely out of whack or soemthing... Iv had so many tests all j9rmal and currently waiting on a scan so I think it may just have been a wee blip in my cycle x

Hi just started my periods after 7 days. I’m really worried called my doctor and couldn’t get a appointment so went to primary care. When I went doctor told me nothing to worry about and she’s going to write to my doctor to send me for a scan just for my peace of mind. I’m 39 that could be early sign of monupose. Tomorrow I’m going to see my own GP I’m worried did anyone experience same thing

Hi guys, first time on here. Just wanted some advice and maybe a bit of reassurance. So my periods have always been irregular. Never clockwork and I always have long cycles. My last period was a normal one lasted 5 days, but then 11 days later I had another period. We are trying for another baby so wasn’t sure at first if I was ovulating or plantation but it is definitely another period. I had my smear in January came back all clear. Should I be worried?
